We finally have all of the college stuff sorted we're pretty sure!

My step-father has offered to stick the money that I needed for my dorm deposit but don't quite have yet onto his credit card for now since the deadline is so soon. I wish they had given me more than a few weeks notice of that but such is life and although i feel bad for asking for this favor, it is necessary.

We called the school and talked to them and they told us they approved me for the loans that I applied for so I should almost definitely be getting them since I never got a notice that I filled out their applications wrong or anything.

So I suppose that starting January 2nd of the new year I'll be in Pittsburgh. I'm really excited because I'm gonna get to hang out with my skeleton crew friends from there when I'm not busy with school, and I'll actually be able to promote more for bands without having to bike 20 miles first xD. Also I just kinda miss school (scary right?) and I'm really glad to get to be more independent and live away from my mother for a while :].

Oh yeah and I finally got myself a bank account. However, I want it set up so that I can scan my checks in (cause it's not like a bank I can go to) but they made me get a credit card to do that since I had no credit at all which is completely bullshit. but I suppose I'll probably just not use it xD. I'm also going to finally get my state I.D. soon which will eliminate the fact that I keep missing all these 18+ concerts I should be able to go to D:.

oh and I got paid. yay for success! xD

i don't know what's wrong and I do at the same time. It's a confusing feeling but I feel like that's how everything is anymore -- just very very confusing.
The truth is that I need a break. I mean I don't want to but I do because I'm so afraid right now. It feels like I have nobody; like the people I thought I did have are just pushing me away. I guess there's a lot of reasons for this and most of it is probably my fault but that's why I think this'll hopefully be good... cause if I start to miss things enough hopefully I'll realise how special they were. Except I do know that and I don't actually know what I'm saying right now.
I just wanted to post this note to say I won't really be around for a few days. I'll probably check my myspace once or twice a day just to see band news, maybe have my computer open if I need something on it but other than that... I'm just gonna live even though I have nothing. Maybe if things get bad enough people will see that anyway -shrugs-

I finally finished making all the TCC icons I'm gonna for a while and got together all the Leathermouth ones I've made recently and decided that I should post them all together for your guys' enjoyment, xo.

I know next to nobody will even know who these icons are of but they're my favourite band. People that do know, I just found out today that all the other member albums got moved to their myspaces and that's why there's next to no pictures of anybody except Saetia on the band's myspace. So I probably will make more just to have some more of the guys but until now I'm gonna share what I did make. hello everybody, i know its been a few days, but school has been crazy for me lately!
However, despite some minor setbacks, I have managed to keep myself productive the whole time.

In honor of the fact that the fourth season of Doctor Who finally started here last Friday, I have spent a lot of my weekend (or at least all of my free time)making some icons from Partners in Crime. I'll put them under my journal cut cause i know some kids that still haven't seen it yet ;D.

Also, since I'm new to LJ, if anybody could help me with some coding I'd be extremely grateful. I want to know specifically how to hide my username at the top left there, how to make the actual journal part the same width as my header, and how to make it so it doesn't display my userpic on every single one of my journal entries. I can't think of anything else specific that's bothering me right now, but i'll see if i can fix these things in the meantime xD.
